		<description><![CDATA[I found an enso in a thrift store for a dollar and had it framed (for $80) then sent the image to Robyn Buntin (an Asian Art expert in Honolulu) who informed me that (1) I had it upside down and (2) he was having a well known authority on Enso paintings in his shoppe the following weekend. We went to meet him and learned SO much about the paintings. He had some really nice examples in his shop. http://www.robynbuntin.com/Zen/default.asp
As for my thrift store find, he recognized it and the artist and noted that it was part of a calendar, but a calendar that was exquisitely made and given to someone important.  The image was valued at about $75-100, but that was unframed. We love its simplicity and its power.]]></description>
